Overview
Go well above Crater Lake for great views of this stunning lake
Description

See the lake created by the giant flaming mega meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs. Just kidding, there's no need to oversell Crater Lake. Its deep blue waters are enough.

This is one of the more challenging day hikes in the park. Path can be narrow with steep drop offs, wear decently grippy shoes.
